InWorld Solutions, LLC (“IWS”) respects your right to privacy. We are committed to protecting the information you share with us and to fully disclosing to you how we plan to use the information we collect.

Information We Gather and Track On Our Websites:
IWS gathers (i) information submitted by you when using the IWS web site, (ii) IWS-set cookies for streamlining your access to the InWorld virtual world (the “Service”), (iii) non-personal identifiable IP information, and (iv) data voluntarily uploaded and/or entered by you in conjunction with your use of the IWS web site and Service.
IWS does not collect your personally identifiable information without your prior notification or consent. Non-personal information, such as browser type (e.g., Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari), what operating system you are using (e.g., Macintosh, Windows), and the domain name of your Internet service provider may be recorded and used to improve the presentation of pages associated with the web site. This information may also be aggregated to provide general industry guidance.
Email Submissions
IWS uses email links located throughout the site to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have regarding IWS or the Service. IWS will attempt to read every message sent in a timely manner and try to reply promptly to every one. Any information you provide is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. IWS may also file your comments to improve the site and product, or review and discard the information. Your personal comments are not shared with third parties.
Cookies
IWS may set and access cookies on your computer associated with your use of the IWS web site and services. The use of cookies is for customization purposes only, such as allowing you to automatically bypass the log-in screen every time you return to the web site. Other companies do not have access to the IWS cookies, and IWS does not share access to our cookies with any third party.
Your IP Address
IWS may use your IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track your movement through the web site for optimization purposes, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. These IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Usage Data
The Service allows you enter a virtual world and interact with other people in the world. The data from your use of the Service (“Your Data”) may be recorded and stored at your option or a clinician or other person authorized by you. If stored, Your Data may be retrieved only by you or other people authorized by you. IWS will not use Your Data for any purpose other than to maintain and operate the Service. IWS does not use Your Data for other commercial purposes, nor will IWS publicly display or publicly perform Your Data, nor will IWS allow a third party to use Your Data (except with your written permission).
Your Data may be stored on the IWS servers in accordance with our standard archival back-up and data protection policy. When Your Data is stored, it is stored only for retrieval by you and others authorized by you, and for back-up purposes in the event of a system failure.
Notification of Change
If IWS changes our privacy policy, we will post notices about those changes on our Homepage so our users are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. IWS will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected. IWS reserves the right to erase and destroy Your Data from our servers permanently in accordance with our data destruction.
